Returns & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.
Custom or final-sale items cannot be cancelled once processed.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, jewellery and swim accessories cannot be returned if worn.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law.
